Is your character especially logical or creative (or a complete lunatic)? A mix of both, actually. He's a ten year old kid himself, but is strangely mature for a child his age. He's quite creative in his plans and ideas, but knows how to be more responsible than some of the more adult characters around him.
Does your character have any echoes that Katie can see/interact with? Maaaaaaybe. The weird thing about Yugo is that he is kind of immortal in the way that the Dalai Lama is, but only under a few conditions: He needs to have at least some of his 'chi' left when he dies, and both him and his twin need to be dead to begin the reincarnation process. Of note, both of their energies need to be present to be reborn...and they are born from an egg. The same egg.
Yeah. Ask away.
But my point: His prior incarnation was at least a couple of thousand years ago, and was under circumstances which are left vague in canon, but were obviously traumatic. Additionally, his twin brother is a dragon. A very protective, hot tempered white dragon who shares a deep spiritual connection with his brother. Unfortunately, this connection is severed while in Luceti--Yugo is very unhappy about this.
Also of note: Yugo has no memories of his prior lifetime, but we do have two stories that possibly conflict. The one revealed in the series is that he was the prime defender of his people...however, supplementary materials reveal him to be king. We don't know which is true yet. Make of it what you will.
Does Katie have permission to flick your character to a different part of Luceti? Yes. Conversely, is Yugo allowed to teleport Katie?
Anything else you think I should know? Yugo also has an ability that would let him see magical influences on the people around him. It's not constantly active, but he might be able to tell that Katie is rather unusual...not that it would effect his interactions with her. He's quite open minded.
Also, he has a pet bird that has been used as a conduit for two minor enchantments. These enchantments need certain conditions to be met, and they were not placed on there by Yugo himself. We don't know the scale of these enchantments, and they don't effect regular interaction, but Katie might notice them.
