I actually gave some thought to this when you re-apped him in. Glamour and mana probably have some similarities, buuuut feeding off it, if Katie is amenable to it (and probably would be but it depends on how he goes about asking I think?), would end up enchanting him. So he could feed off it, but it'd be kinda like tripping on acid every time.
Apart from that, though, yeah... she's startlingly magical to anyone who can see that kinda thing. He's more than welcome to see it.
